Scott Esposito was born in Los Angeles in 1978, where he lived until he moved to the Bay Area for college. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with two fine degrees--one in Political Science and one in Economics. He has yet to use either in a professional capacity.
He currently works in publishing where he often interacts with small and independent presses. He also writes and edits on the side, and is pursuing continuing education in editing.
The author of many book reviews, articles, and short stories, Scott's work has appeared in the Rain Taxi Review of Books, the East Bay Express, Flak Magazine, Toward Freedom, SFStation.com, and several newspapers.
Conversational Reading was started because one day Scott decided it would be cool to have a blog. It has become a way for Scott to explore books in a way he never imagined possible before. It has also allowed him to interact with many thoughtful readers and writers. So far, so good.
